Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged
There are no refunds on custom ordered items.
We genuinely strive to ensure our customers are happy. However, because our decals are custom-made, we face challenges in verifying whether a product was applied correctly or if there were installation issues. This sometimes leads to situations where we can’t distinguish between genuine issues and cases where the decals are simply kept without return.
If we were to offer full refunds without returns, it would impact our ability to remain sustainable as a business. We’ve had instances where decals were applied perfectly but were still claimed as problematic, and we’ve seen them used elsewhere without issue.
In short, our no-refund policy on custom orders is in place to protect our business and ensure fairness for all customers.
